    Any feed manufacturing unit to maintain its quality and composition need to test its ingredients and the finished products on regular intervals. Gurukrupa Chicks To Chicken Pvt. Ltd. established its testing laboratory immediately after it went to production and through these years updated its testing facilities and methods to meet its requirements. Presently the main facility is located at Saradeipur , Dhauli Chhak Bhubaneswar and smaller detachments are available at each production location. The major tests carried out are: Aflatoxin level in ingredients, Testing Antibody Titers of Sera Samples, Carryout Proximate Analysis, Protein Analysis, Microbiological Tests under Laminar Flow, Analysis of Micronutrients, Tests for Pathogenic Load at Breeding Farms & Hatchery, Fiber Analysis, Milk Sample Testing. In addition to laboratory tests the production units carry out tests for calibrating various weighing and measuring machines that are used regularly on production floor and procurement of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. Saving electrical, mechanical and chemical energy at each level remains prime motto.
